How MT subscription service works

The subscriber enters his mobile number in the form on a web-site partner.
The client receives an SMS-message with information about the subscription: the type of service, cost and subscriber need to reply by text to confirm subscription.
Later on, withdrawing funds from an account phone number goes automatically.
